Glawall double glass operable wall offers refined aesthetics while
meeting stringent acoustical performance standards. The fully
glazed screens surface are a fresh, modern and exciting way of
providing effective space
division without visually sectioning off areas. They are ideal for
conference room, meeting rooms, leisure center, schools, offices
and banks.
Some of the more common types of movable glass walls include:
· Frameless movable glass wall (non-acoustic)
· Framed movable glass wall (acoustic)
Framed Glass movable walls comprise of individual panels supported
from a heavy duty head track. Panels either stack to one side or
are bi-folding. Opening glass doors and blinds are optional. Double
layers of glass create a space with acoustical.
-Configuration
Consist of glass surrounded with an aluminum frame of 85mm or 100mm
thickness, visible frame wide is 150mm. Each panel has 25mm top and
bottom retractable seal hidden inside aluminum frame, 25mm
clearance gap for suspension when panels are unlock. Standard
aluminum frame finish in clear anodized color but it may be ordered
powder coated or custom anodized. Glass color selected from
painting color swatch.
-Track system
We provide a perfect system of aluminum tracks that can be combined
with freely select-able ceiling support sections and enables panel
weights up to 680kg. Special structurally tested suspension
constructions for the track system ensure a high level of safety.
The combination of ball-bearing supported castors and high-quality,
abrasion-proof plastic material guarantees an operational
performance of more than 160km.
-Panel type
Each set of glass operable partition panel will have a bulb-sealing
panel (first panel), base panel, telescopic panel and panel with
access door.
-Panel connection
Each glass base panel will have a male-female profile on each sides
to joint more perfectly. The bulb--sealing panel will have one side
with 20mm rubber, another side with female profile, the telescopic
panel will have a 140mm expandable section, with another 20mm
rubber as closure.
